Rise to the Challenge: Riser HIIT Workout

Are you ready to Rise to the Challenge? Grab a riser and let’s have some fun with this advanced cardio session! If you are looking at the workout thinking it may be too advanced for you, don’t back down, just try it without the riser to suit your level.

This workout consists of 7 different exercises; do 3 rounds with 1 minute of rest in between each round for a 25-minute high intensity cardio session!

1. Riser toe taps

2. Lateral riser shuffle

3. Riser squat jump to burpee

4. Riser plank step to squat jump

5. Riser left leg sprinter jumps

6. Riser right leg sprinter jumps

7. Alternating elevated squat jump to cross body knee to elbow
