Bangin' Body: Full Body HIIT

This week, my body was exhausted and I wasn’t feeling motivated to do my current workout program. I’ve been training a new way for the past 6 weeks that I am testing out. It’s something Ash and I have created that I am absolutely loving but I needed a break to refresh and regroup. I put the weights down this week and only focused on utilizing my body weight for training. I forgot how intense a workout can be with the right mixture of exercises. The simplicity but oh so difficult! Give this a try and let us know what you think!
