Heat up and burn out those muscles with this quick, 35 minute upper body circuit-style burner! We’ve included some lower body work to challenge that core, increase your heart rate, and rev up your metabolism.

Complete each circuit 3 times through before moving onto the cardio intervals. Each cardio move is to be done for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest for 6 rounds. Let’s get moving

Burn, Baby, Burn: Upper Body Burner

Circuit 1

1. Lunge row x 12

2. Chest fly + straight leg raise + crunch x 12

Cardio: Plank Jacks

Circuit 2

1. Squat + Curl and press x 12

2. Reverse fly x 12

Cardio: Commandos

Circuit 3

1. Squat + shoulder flex ion x 12

2. Bridge hold + tricep extension x 12

Cardio: Burpee push-up
