Get Low: Low Impact HIIT

Turn on some Lil’ John, grab your favorite workout gear, and get ready to Get Low! It won’t take long for you to break a sweat with this low impact, high intensity interval training.

Complete each exercise 4 times for 30 seconds each, with a 15 second rest between. After you complete the 4 rounds, rest for 30 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
