Jack up your heart rate and burn out those arms with this quick challenge! All you need is a riser and 20 minutes to get in a great workout.

Complete the circuit 2-3 times for a 20 or 30 minute burner. If you don't have a riser, use the bottom step!

Step Up to the Push-Up Challenge

1. Basic alt step ups - 2 min

2. Incline push-up x 10

3. Corner knee-up step-up - 1 min

4. Decline push-up x 10

5. Alt riser step hop - 1 min

6. Uneven push-up (right arm) x 10

7. Riser toe taps - 1 min

8. Uneven Push-up (left arm) x 10

9. Single leg vertical riser jump - 30 sec/side

10. Plank riser steps x 12/side

Repeat!
